I'm passionate about assisting startups scales into great companies!
Working with entrepreneurs for many years, I realized that they usually are incredibly smart and quite crazy, but the type of crazy that can change the world.
I also realized that I wanted to help these crazy entrepreneurs actually change the world! I've been working with startups for the past 6 years, the last 3 of them at Wayra Brazil, Telefonica startup accelerator, as the head of acceleration, where I was responsible for the whole acceleration process and for a portfolio of 55 startups with more than 130 entrepreneurs.
Creating and scaling a startup is a complex and compelling challenge that I enjoy been part of.
